My Personal Training sessions take place at my home studio in Buckinghamshire and are designed with midlife women in mind.
Whether you’re starting strength training for the first time, coming back from injury, or working towards a specific goal, I’ll tailor each session to suit you.
You’ll have access to small group or 1-to-1 sessions where we focus on movement, technique, and progress... not perfection. I’ll help you build confidence, improve your lifts, and feel stronger in everyday life.
