My Online Coaching is built for women over 40 who want results without the overwhelm.

 

Whether you’re brand new to strength training or just tired of one-size-fits-all programmes, I’ll design a plan that works around your body, your life, and your goals.

This isn’t a cookie-cutter programme.

 

You’ll get a fully personalised plan updated monthly, with access to a training app, video demos, and optional daily live classes or playback. We’ll check in weekly or biweekly to review your progress, answer questions, and tweak your plan as needed.
