I’m Melissa... coach, mum, and lifelong lover of lifting.
My love for health and fitness started when I was young. As a teenager, I was inspired by Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2 and started lifting weights at 14. That early passion never left me, and I’ve been fortunate to turn it into a career.

After working in science journalism and raising my two boys, I retrained as a CrossFit Level 1 coach, Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 coach, and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I work with women over 40 who are navigating the changes that come with peri-menopause and menopause. I know how hard it can be to feel like you're doing everything "right" - endless cardio, back-to-back classes - and still not see results. That’s why I focus on realistic, sustainable strength and nutrition coaching that actually works.


​I train clients both online and from my home studio in Buckinghamshire, where I run strength, bodybuilding and full body blast classes (HIIT and circuits), as well as 1-to-1 personal training. Every client I work with gets an individual approach , because no two people are the same. Whether you’re brand new to weights or chasing your next PB, I’ll meet you where you are.

Being honest and upfront is at the heart of how I work. I won’t promise overnight results, but I will be there to guide, support and push you - and celebrate every win along the way.
