STRENGTH TRAINING

A Stronger You

Be part of a group or train individually and learn to bench press, deadlift, back squat, overhead press and increase your overall strength. Sign-up to a programme to get stronger. I can tailor it specifically towards your goals, schedule and availability. 


Once completed we will evaluate, test and progress the programme if you choose to continue.

BODYBUILDING

Look Good, Feel Good

Don't be intimidated by the word 'bodybuilding'! You will not become too bulky. If anything, you will lose weight and build muscle simultaneously, making you look toned, defined and strong.


Cardio alone won't improve your body composition, you need weights. Try a class and see if you like it. Or let me train you individually.
